A gold medallist in B.com, and a double rank holder in CA and CS, he has guided numerous corporates and promoters from start-ups to SMEs, mid - corporate and ultimately to large corporate groups. Under his leadership, Kumbhat has emerged as a leading investment banking firm in India.
CA (AIR 35), former Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs, London. Worked on equity and debt financing for leading European corporates in the Leveraged Finance team, with exposure to global PE funds and institutional investors. At KAPL, he oversees client relationships across the spectrum, lender relationships, team building, transaction execution, and the overall administration and operations of the Company.
A Commerce graduate and a Fellow member of ICAI with more than 25 years of experience in debt syndication and corporate financing. As Director of Business Development at KAPL, he plays a multifaceted role that involves strategically setting goals, spearheading business partnerships and leading business growth initiatives.
